Continuing service to you on a new level.

Supporter Demi Stewart and Judge Andy Porter at the Cowtown Republican Women’s Club on January 3, 2022.

Since 2019 I have served you as a Judge in the 323rd Judicial District Court, Tarrant County’s juvenile court. Beginning January 3, 2023, I will become the new judge of Criminal District Court 4 (CDC4). CDC4 is a criminal court overseeing felony cases.

Thank you to everyone who entrusted me with this new opportunity with their time, treasure, talent, and - most importantly - votes.

I will continue to resolve cases without fear or favor. I will continue to decide cases by following the law as written rather than by rewriting the law. As always, I will uphold the Texas and United States Constitutions. I will ensure all proceedings protect the Due Process and statutory rights for all parties involved. I will do so in an open and transparent court, as required by the Texas Constitution. And I will do so in a fiscally responsible manner.

Thank you, Tarrant County, for this great honor. I look forward to this new level of service to you.

Sincerely,

Judge Andy Porter
